How does insurance work?
INSURANCE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
When mental health problems are facing you, it’s critical to know you have the proper health insurance. We participate in various health insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company to determine if we are in your network. If we are contracted providers with your insurance company and have confirmed your coverage, you will only be responsible for your co-payment, co-insurance, and/or deductibles at the time of your visit. If we are not under your network, then a receipt will be provided, and you can submit a claim yourself to get the reimbursed according to your out of network policies.
Please be aware that verification of coverage by the insurance company is not a guarantee of coverage or payment for services. You will be personally responsible for all non-covered services. It is up to each patient to know the benefits and coverage limits of their insurance policy.
In addition, you must bring your insurance card and driver’s license or another government-issued identification card to your first appointment. These documents are needed to verify your identity and protect you from insurance and identity fraud.
